About the Founder
Ryan Mott MA. BCBA, LBA
Since 2017, Ryan Mott has been helping families navigate the challenges and joys of raising children on the autism spectrum. As a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree from Arizona State University, Ryan specializes in teaching developmental skills and reducing unsafe behaviors. After years of seeing families wait too long for services, he set out to create courses that make Applied Behavior Analysis approachable and practical. Ryan believes in equipping parents with strategies they can rely on — even in life’s craziest moments. At home, he practices what he teaches with his two young daughters, bringing both professional expertise and personal understanding to every resource he creates.
